Cooling Line

Cooling line integrated into the conveyor for transporting baking dishes. The line consists of two sections of 9 meters. Hot pans are cooled down by blowing in the surrounding air. For optimal effect, the air must have a counter flow. Each cooling section consists of two fans. One of which draws in air, and the other blows it out. Two solid side plates connected together form a strong, low friction construction. This conveyor is designed with a conveyor cover, made of heavy duty stainless steel and food safe plastic.
