The B 54 cups suitable for Benier proofer. Our cups are designed for a long life even with intensive use with constant exposure to UV-C radiation in hot and humid conditions. The rim of the cups is made of high-quality PE that is suitable for direct contact with food. The cups are also available in a metal detectable version. Adding a special additive to the plastic makes it detectable by metal detectors when a particle breaks down. The gauze with which the cups are finished as standard is also high-quality PE and, like the rim of the cups, it is suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs.
