Final proofing system type D-PATERN from DIVARDY. This system is equipped with a vertical chain conveyor. The side rails raise the baking trays to the next level until all floors are filled. In the next step the product goes through a proofing process and the trays are lowered until they reach the discharge conveyor. The installation height depends on the number of levels, which depends on the production volume. The proofer is fully enclosed for safe operation, optionally with sandwich panels.
