Description
FONDANT MK100FS machine for dosing fondant on eclairs. Constructed from a 100 kg heating container and a double-walled kettle with a very strong mixer. The equipment has a pumping system with two stainless steel pumps, which pumps the fondant to two stainless steel pneumatic injectors.
