Description

Powerful with stiff dough, capable of quickly imparting the energy needed but delicate with inclusions. The mixer is equipped with a non-rotating mixing bowl with double walls for cooling. And high speed and pressure/vacuum inverter for variable speed drive. Adaptive mixing control for uniform dough preparation.
