The mixer equipped with two inverters for independent scraper and tool rotation control, as well as tool rotation reversal for maximum mixing flexibility and homogeneity. Patented oil-free planetary tool drive system. Possibility of intensive mixing under pressure for constant and increased aeration of the product (up to 0.18 g/cm3). Effective cleaning of the bottom and walls of the mixing bowl. Large selection of mixing tools with quick couplings for a wide variety of doughs and batters. Available with bowl for heating/cooling with water and/or steam. Quick changeover of recipes, easy cleaning with optional CIP. Small dimensions and ease of operation in manual or fully automatic modes.
