Description

MIXING TECHNOLOGIES – Planetary mixer (bridge shape). Two inverters for independent scraper and tool rotation control, as well as tool rotation reversal for maximum mixing flexibility and uniformity. Unique oil free driving system with independent control of the scraper and tools speed. Possibility of intensive mixing under pressure for constant and increased aeration of the product (up to 0.18 g/cm3). A wide range of mixing tools with quick coupling is available for a wide variety of doughs and batters. The equipment is available with a bowl for heating/cooling with water and/or steam. Quick change of recipes, efficient cleaning of the bottom and sides of the mixing bowl with the optional push-in sink.
