Rotary oven HEUFT VULKAN type Turbo-Therm® VTT with thermo-oil baking system for one or two trolleys with size 600 x 800 mm. This system is highly energy efficient with optimum baking results. SPS control panel: the control panel is located on the right or left side of the oven; the control language is Dutch / English / Russian. The touch screen has a dedicated software for controlling the HEUFT Vulkan Thermo-Roll® oven and has the following functions: •Fully automated baking process with 199 baking programs, each consisting of 5 stages. •Connection to other ovens equipped with the HEUFT SPS system for sharing/exchanging baking programs. •Communication between the ovens and heater system for efficient and optimized result and control. •Continuous monitoring of all oven components with sensors and safety features. •Displays upcoming maintenance work. •Long text and help function in case of system errors. •Operating hours counter for all components with a touch sensor. The Vulkan Thermo-Roll® oven is with a highly efficient steam generator and injection system.
