ROTOR LINE WKB-600 rotary molding line with conveyor and additional equipment is designed to work with baking sheets 600 x 800 mm. Approximate productivity of this equipment is 300 trays per hour. The rotary machine is solidly built, with a sturdy construction for figured rotors measuring 260 x 620 mm. The length of the conveyor is about 10 meters. Driven by engine, power a 2 kW; the machine runs at a constant speed. The engine is mounted on a frame; it drives the chain conveyor, as well as the rotary machine with the help of a chain. The line consists of: Main frame with chain conveyor, on which are placed: - Rotary machine with a working width of 600 mm and one figured rotor - Machine for primary lubrication of products with eggs - Solid blue conveyor with two machines for sugaring and peanuts / almonds - Egg sprayer with linearly moving injectors on a mesh conveyor - Touch screen control and electrical cabinet - Three cross conveyors, one under the rotary machine knife, the second under the sugar sprinkling and the third under the peanut/almond sprinkling - Automatic rotor heating system.
