The single brush cleaning system is an economical and flexible solution for automatic dirt removal. This system can be installed on a conveyor of any width. It is efficient and quiet equipment, designed for optimum performance with low power consumption. There are two models of this system. A model with a brush placed on the conveyor at a right angle, which automatically moves up and down along the edges of the form. The second model with a brush installation at an angle of 20 degrees, has a manual height adjustment and is positioned in one position. Both models are installed on conveyors of different manufacturers and are designed for molds and pans of various sizes. Pneumatic or electric height adjustment possible. Number of molds per hour - 1.000 pieces. Height of forms from 20 to 40 mm. The system is complete with a waste container if installed on a conveyor manufactured by DIVARDY.
