Cooling systems for the storage of confectionery products from KOMA. The RKVC type unit is equipped with a different number of storage sections depending on the model. In one section there is space for 20 x trays, measuring 60 x 40 cm (distance between guides 6 cm / adjustable). The system is also equipped with an external semi-hermetic compressor and condenser. The temperature is regulated in sections with two storage compartments. Controlled humidity above freezing (optional). Thanks to specially developed software, it is possible to manage and regulate all the processes of your KOMA equipment. The RKVC type system consists of a modular construction. This allows you to complete the refrigeration unit with additional sections, depending on the growth of your business. In this case, you will always have the maximum surface loading using the minimum area. All KOMA installations can be connected to remote monitoring (security system) TELEGARD, regardless of where they are located, 24 hours a day - 365 days a year. Thus, any failures in the system will be detected at an early stage and, if necessary, eliminated using the TeleGuard system.
